Terms of Service

By acquiring artwork from the artist you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully.

• Full payment for the purchase of the painting must be paid upfront before the purchaser receives the painting. The purchaser may utilize the artist delivery service at a cost.

• Full payment for the purchase of the painting plus shipping and packaging fees must be paid upfront by the purchaser prior to shipping.​​

​

• The client/purchaser does not have the right to commercial reproduction of the painting. (i.e.) the printing of the painting onto merchandise for the purpose of selling or creating a replica of the painting to resell.

       

• All sale transactions for a painting are final. No exchanges will be considered.
